ZillowVERIFIED Joao worked painstakingly to get our house sold. Not only did he offer much needed guidance, he was responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Not only did he work to sell our home, he helped to get us into an interim apartment in a matter of a week so that we can comfortably search for our next home. Selling, renting or buying, Joao will forever be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joao was referred to me by my cousin for his excellent services. We met in his office for the first time as he prefers to meet his clients in person to explain the whole process of searching and buying a home. As first time home owners, that helped, as we were a bit confused as to how the process worked. He sent us the newest homes for sale in our preferred cities every single morning through email. He was always available to show us homes, any day, and any time. Not only did we trust him as our realtor, we trusted him as a person because he was always very kind and always willing to help, even when we would lose our hopes to finding a home. It was like he was holding our hand through the whole thing lol. We will definitely keep the chain of referrals because he is truly the best!

ZillowVERIFIED While all of the reviews for Joao Pereira help illustrate the true abundance of professionalism and care taken by him and his team, my wife and I had what was ultimately a great experience down almost solely to Joao and our attorney Suzanne Lyte's experience, compassion and determination to make sure we arrived at the result of both selling our property and purchasing our Forever home. We will forever owe a debt of gratitude to Joao and can't thank him enough. For any and all of your Real Estate needs please do not hesitate to contact him :)

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers my husband and I could not have had a better realtor to help us find out home! For starters Joao is veery approachable and responsive. Any question my husband and I had, he was able to answer right away and if not he would find out and let us know as soon as possible. He has made the entire home buying process for us stress free and comforting. Joao is amazing at what he does. He was quick to accommodate our schedules and worked with us when it came to scheduling appointments to look at houses. We highly recommended him for anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Joao was one of the most eye-opening home buying processes I could speak upon. First and foremost, he was the second realtor I got introduce to by the mortgage company. Right away, he wanted to know what I wanted took the time out to listen and learn what I was looking for and my desire what I wanted out of a home. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved to Florida and had our house in Hillside, NJ listed through Mr. Pereira's real estate agency. We enlisted his services through the recommendation of my daughter who had her mother-in-law's house across the street from ours sold in the last year. She was very impressed with his helpfulness and professionalism. Though we were 1,200 miles away, John made us feel as if we were still living right there in the neighbor-hood. He never ducked a phone call and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We truly felt as if we had a friend we had known for many years working for us. We would highly recommend him to any prospective seller or buyer in the housing market. (And we did. A close friend of ours in HIllside will be looking for a realtor soon as his mother-in-law is thinking of putting her house up for sale.)

ZillowVERIFIED Mr.Pereira was extremely attentive and sensitive to all of our needs, as first time home owners. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process and made our family feel at easy and comfortable from the beginning (as we first went out looking at homes and asking him many questions ) until the very end on closing day. My wife and I would call Mr.Pereira constantly with questions and asking for clarifications and he would always return our call with a professional and pleasant demeanor. He appeared as interested in finding the right home for our family, as we ourselves were! We had approached other realtors and I am very pleased to have found Mr.Pereira. He never made us feel as if we were ignorant or a bother; On the contrary! In fact, Mr Pereira was with us every step of the way! I without reservations highly recommend Mr.Pereira to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
