Ryan earned my business in our first discussion by asking me detailed questions about goals for the sale of my mother's property, and what investment I wanted to make to reach a sale. He had arrived with thorough dossier of recent sales in the area, and explained how sometimes poor strategies resulted in price reductions and a long time to draw in potential buyers to view these other properties. With that, we agreed on the sales strategy. Once that was in place, he communicated weekly and suggested upgrades to the strategy. We adjusted tactics, and within a few weeks, we entered into negotiations with a potential buyer. Several issues with the property were rectified before the contract was executed, and despite some cold and nasty weather, the property settlement was made. During the process, his very able team communicated often, handling paperwork and negotiations for the repair of items needing attention. Ryan called me at the end of each week, reviewed progress, and planned work for the following week. I was very satisfied (and so was the buyer!) by the results of the transaction. I'd use Ryan and his team again, in a heartbeat!
