I can't thank Scott and his team enough! We decided to sell our townhouse as we were moving out of state on rather short notice. I was initially very impressed with Scott's knowledge and use of cutting edge technologies to optimize the sales process; a true master of his craft and all-around great person. Scott even helped prep the house by connecting us with his awesome vendors who did a phenomenal job. Even though we had to list at a non opportune time (Fall), we received a great offer within the first two weeks on market! Scott and Stacey worked very hard, especially considering we were out of state, and really came thru to close the deal. Look no further; truly the best of the best!

What can I say about Scott and his whole team....My wife and I were recommended Scott when looking at purchasing our first home together. I must say, he did not disappoint. Both my wife and I were always pestering him with questions, requests, general knowledge information, etc which he gladly helped us out with. He was always direct with his answers and made sure our expectations were kept reasonable. We were able to find a house right before it went on the market and loved every bit of six years we lived there. When the time came to move out of state, we again contacted Scott right away. Having a realtor you trust and respect goes a long way when making these major moves. Scott immediately came to our aide with recommendations, staging advice, painters and contractors to help touch up the home, and more. Those recommendations alone were worth every penny. So much so that other neighbors who were planning on moving used them as well. As when purchasing the same home we were about to sell, Scott made my wife and I feel like the priority. We weren't just another sale/commission to him. He made us feel relaxed and truly helped our out of state transition go so smoothly. We also need to give special thanks to Stacey, a valued member of Scott's team. She had to deal with my questions about HOA documents and even called us outside of normal working hours to ensure that we were able to get the documentation needed to complete the sale. Scott is a true asset to the realty community and I strongly recommend him and his team to help anyone with the purchase or sale of a home.
