Shannon went way above and beyond to help make moving so much easier. We have a large family/household with 4 special needs children and 1 elderly person we care for. Shannon took it upon herself to attend every meeting with inspectors, contractors (even contact them and set things up) and appraisal. She was my eyes and ears to everything. She looked at our home as if she was going to buy it for herself and her family. Right away I trusted her and felt safe in doing so without even meeting her. She carried us all the way through the finish line. We have never experienced this type of experience and are so grateful!
