Peter obtained my contact information from some other company I was working with, including personal information that I shared with that other company, and then proceeded to try solicit business, telling me why I should leave the real estate agent I was with because he is so great. First he sent me a weird video of himself via text and then texted me to encourage me to watch it. I am not sure how good Peter is at listing a house, but based on the uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and un-permissioned solicitation, I would be concerned about putting my personal information, let alone my business, in the hands of someone who participates in these underhanded, invasive sales techniques.
