ZillowVERIFIEDPeter obtained my contact information from some other company I was working with, including personal information that I shared with that other company, and then proceeded to try solicit business, telling me why I should leave the real estate agent I was with because he is so great. First he sent me a weird video of himself via text and then texted me to encourage me to watch it. I am not sure how good Peter is at listing a house, but based on the uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and un-permissioned solicitation, I would be concerned about putting my personal information, let alone my business, in the hands of someone who participates in these underhanded, invasive sales techniques.

He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, diligent and patient making sure that you find the right house, not just any house to make a sale. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone searching for a home in the Long Island marketplace.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter Grasso was not only a great agent but he went above and beyond his job requirements. He always kept us informed either by phone calls or visits. We felt very comfortable leaving him alone in our home during several open houses. We are certain of his knowledge of the industry and relied heavily on his judgement. He was always professional, yet friendly. He made this difficult process much less difficult for us. Leaving a home of 45 years is not an easy task. Peter seemed to understand that and did everything is his power to make the transition easier for us. We highly recommend him. We couldn't imagine going through this journey with anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter is so patient, knowledge, caring, and the list goes on! I recently began searching for my first time home. I saw a house I was interested in and randomly called Peter because his name came up on the listing. We had an instant connection just speaking on the phone! I was so exciting to go to my first open house that weekend. Peter who I hadn't even met or worked with yet heard it was canceled and went out of his way to text me so I wouldn't waste my time. I couldn't believe what a caring person he was and to someone he didn't even met. My first actual open house experience was great all thanks to Peter! He showed up all smiles with a professional portfolio presenting all the local sales information for me. I felt like I knew him all my life. He listens so intently it's like he can read my mind. As I am still on my search there is no doubt in my mind Peter will find the perfect home for me. In the meantime it is so enjoyable working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter Grosso has been our real estate agent for our first home buying process. He has been extremely pleasant to work with. He went over and beyond his duty, and took away all the stress out the whole process. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and did whatever it took to find the right property for us. He is also very well connected with great people (mortgage broker, lawyer, insurance agent, inspector, etc.), and it's been great to work with all of them as well. We are so very thankful to have such an amazing real estate agent. Thanks to Peter, we're going to be moving into our wonderful three bedroom house next month! If you're considering buying a house, give Peter a call. You'll be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter is great. He really has been a committed ally in getting our first starter home. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel well taken care of and that all your visions are accounted for in finding the perfect home. He has been very helpful in getting us prepared since we are first time home owners. His laid back personality is a huge bonus because you never feel pressured; it's like looking for a home with your friend. ZillowVERIFIED Peter Grosso helped my wife and I buy our first two investment properties. Since it was our first time investing in anything like this we had a lot of questions and reservations. Peter was able to guide us and coach us in our search for a house without making us feel rushed or pressured to do anything. I always felt welcome to call him with a question and now consider him a friend. I would recommend Peter to anyone who wants to buy or sell Real Estate.
