Re/Max Integrity

The Wheaton Team is so wonderful to work with. My husband and I have been provided with their expertise on three occasions; all closing without worry and happily from our perspective. We have had several other Realtors before Jean and her team and they cannot compare to Jeans Team. Jeans upbeat demeanor, her focus on transaction details, and her efficiency with keeping us informed and returning in a timely manner answers to the many questions we often had, left little room for worry or anxiety. Jean was a strong advocate for us each time we were a client. We are grateful to Jean and her Team; and, we are pleased to have the chance to highly recommend Jean and the Wheaton Team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and successful representative in Realty transactions.

Cassidy is the best Realtor we have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, available, and always helpful. Her strategy around our house sale was grounded in realty and yet designed to get us the best results. I can't recommend her enough!

Cassidy worked with us to buy a home in Colorado Springs. We had a limited budget in a market where homes were in short supply with high demand, and we were very particular about the home we purchased. It took us several months to find something that met our budget and our particular needs. Cassidy was there all the time. When we did find something, she moved quickly so we did not have to get into a bidding war. Thanks to Cassidy's follow-up and negotiation skills it only took 20 days from contract to closing, with minimal effort on our part. Cassidy is very competent and professional. She follows up on things in a very timely manner and helps facilitate execution of all documents. She worked closely with us to negotiate a very favorable deal. We got a very nice home, well within our budget. She went the extra mile to help us. She is also very friendly and has a good sense of humor. We have dealt with many realtors and Cassidy is definitely in the top one percent.

Cassidy is a wonderfull human being and even better realtor. She is knowledgeable, patient, a skilled negotiator, someone with wisdom beyond her years. We have both bought and sold a home with Cassidy's help and can't say enough good things about her.We will miss her dearly.

Cassidy was a pleasure to work with and was able to find me a great home for a great price, even in this difficult market. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I was a first time home buyer and she made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. She was extremely quick in getting showings on properties we were interested in and took extra care to take videos of the homes with her comments, as we were unable to travel to Colorado to see them in person. She constantly went above and beyond what was required of her! I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
