ZillowVERIFIED She was great, however we were buying from another state which made the process difficult and not able to see houses in person. She would always respond right away and do videos of the houses I was interested in and I never felt like I was bothering her, which I appreciated. The only thing I would have done differently is to ask more about what the processes were and what the contracts were saying, I felt in over my head and didnt have the know how to ask about it so I sometimes felt a little lost. Otherwise it was a great learning experience and she was great about advocating for us with the title company and lenders so we werent forgotten or pushed aside.

She assisted us in the sale of our house, assisted with the sale of my mother's house after her death, and she assisted my brother to sell his house (which was our introduction to Jean as my brother recommended her in glowing terms). She listened to our needs and pretty much followed through on things we wanted. She was gracious if we choose to not accept something that was offered i.e. insurance on appliances while the sale was being conducted. She or her team kept us informed as things progressed and our inquiries were answered in a timely manner. We sold the house in record time for an amount beyond our expectations. It was sold in a "seller"s market but even so, we were astounded and pleased with amount it sold for. The sale and everything associated with the sale were taken care of smoothly and in record time.
