RE/MAX INSTYLE REALTY

We recently bought our first home and honestly couldnt have done it without Joe. From the very beginning, he was patient, proactive, and truly invested in helping us find the right place aEUR" even with our tight budget and in such a competitive area. For over six months, he helped us see countless homes, always arranging showings quickly so we could check them out before other buyers. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, which really meant a lot. What stood out the most was how well-known and respected Joe is aEUR" most open house we went to, the sellers agent knew him and tell us we were in good hands. As first-time buyers, we had no clue what we were doing, but Joe walked us through every step and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. He even connected us with great people for inspections, plumbing, and legal help. Joes experience, patience, and kindness made the entire journey stress-free. Were so grateful for everything he did for us and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

I had a great experience working with Joe. He sold my condo in Old Bridge, NJ and went above and beyond with the marketing aEUR" including an excellent video that generated a lot of interest and ultimately got me over asking price. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and clearly knew the local market. After the sale, he also helped me purchase a single-family home and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me every step of the way. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Joseph did an outstanding job as our agent. We had what felt like 24/7 access to his extensive knowledge and expertise! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!

He really helped us hit the ground running with the sale of our house. We had kind of put it off and once we started working with him, things went fast. He also seems to have an endless list of contacts for anything and everything that came up between inspections and buyer requests. We had already moved out of the house and he was there to coordinate the revolving door of contractors at the house which was very much appreciated. If/when we decide to look for our next home, we'll be back in touch :)
