RE/MAX Hometown Realtors

We used Vincent to purchase our first home and had a great experience! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and always available to answer any questions. He took the time to explain every step in detail and he provided honest feedback about the houses we saw. We couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend!

Vince was extremely professional and knowledgeable to the area. He doesnt want to just sell you a home, he wants to make sure its the right home for you, genuinely. It was our first home buying experience in a difficult market- Vince found our dream house and was able to make settlement within less than a month. We had a terrible time before we started working with Vince. We could not recommend a better realtor. Thank you again Vince !

Vincent was fantastic throughout the process of helping me purchase my first home! He was very knowledgeable of understanding what price point to come in at on each home. Where it is a very competitive market, Vincent gave us the edge and made it a fast smooth process.

This is our second time selling and buying a home with Vincent and I have only an absolutely glowing review to leave again. Vincent knows his stuff, inside and out. As our buying agent, he pointed out positives and negatives about the homes we saw. He wasnt pushy with his opinions and let us figure out how we felt about each home. When we decided to make an offer, Vincent guided us to a good first offer and saved us some money in the sale price through the back and forth of negotiations. When it was time to sell our home, we wanted to list competitively but fairly so our house would sell quickly. We wound up getting two offers back to back after less than one week on the market and sold for asking price with almost no concessions. Those experiences alone would warrant a 5 star rating for us but Vincent goes above and beyond. Two times he called to go through paperwork page by page so that so that we felt confident before signing all of the crazy paperwork to buy and sell a house. At our final walk through to buy our house, he checked everything we wouldnt have thought of checking (does the oven work, is the water running, is it hot, does the heat turn on, etc.) Vincent has been a realtor for a long time and that experience will get you far as a buyer or a seller. He has sold during buyer friendly and seller friendly markets and he will do everything in his power to make sure you get the best deal either way while being honest and open about the different scenarios of how things can play out. Once again, thank you, Vincent. Youre amazing!

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Vincent as both a buying and selling agent. Touring homes with him felt like we were bringing along not only a knowledgeable realtor but also an inspector. He taught us both so much about what to look for in a home and the current market we were in. He was timely and professional, and beat us to every showing (even when we thought we were getting there early ourselves). He was always available for phone calls, understanding when we needed time to think things over, and prompt when we had made our decision. We LOVE our new home and would not have found it without his support. He was an invaluable resource when trying to list our home and the process that comes with that. He made an extremely complicated process feel manageable, and we felt comfortable being relatively hands off through that process and are thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Vincent!
