ZillowVERIFIED I am actually in the real estate industry, and as a result felt like we did not necessarily need a realtor to sell our home. However, we bought our new house from Vince and decided to give him a try selling our old one, since he thought we could get more for it than I did. Not only did he sell our house for $30k more than I thought, but he was so helpful with everything along the way that I don't know how we would have done it without him. We had so much on our plates with the new house, and moving, and dealing with inspection stuff from the old one, and he was constantly checking in and helping with contractors, payments, scheduling, and everything else along the way. Again, I don't know how we would have done it all without Vince. He went above and beyond and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

He told us what to put our offer in on, and what not to go above. The house was ours in 2 days!! He also sold our previous house for us, and if ever move again which we aren't, there is no one else we would go to. He told us what to list it as, had multiple showings and offers on the first day listed, which led to it being sold with multiple offers!! He came to our home well-prepared having researched the area before arriving to our first appointment. He had the most recent comps and was able to show us how they matched up to ours. Before leaving our first meeting, he gave us a list of possible improvements from small to big that we could make to appeal to potential buyers. We really appreciated knowing what was important to fix/update and what was unnecessary. Vincent kept in touch and was always available to call or text with questions/concerns while we prepared to put the house on the market. We received multiple offers in the first 2 days of our house being listed and had Vincent's help to choose the best one. While working through the inspections and appraisal, Vincent guided us and always listened to what we felt most comfortable doing. Once we sold our house, we started the process of searching for a new house and felt confident using Vincent again. Before we made any offers, he would send us plenty of comps for houses that sold in the area and help us reach a reasonable offer. I think what made us most reassured during the stressful home buying process was that we never felt pressured by Vincent to rush into anything.
