Finding a realtor who's a "good fit" can be a daunting task, but we hit the jackpot with Monica Greene. Although we were (fairly) familiar with the Morehead City and Beaufort area, we had a lot of questions and were very particular about what we wanted. We lost our young son unexpectedly and had to make an emotional decision to move to a new area and home. My family and I are so thankful God sent us Brooke. She was so knowledgeable about the home buying process! After getting an idea of what we were looking for and showing us the homes we picked out to see, we were very disappointed as they did not look as great in person vs the pictures. Thankfully she was able to get an idea of what we wanted from our comments, so we were so excited when she started picking homes to show us! They were absolutely perfect, and she helped us find THE ONE. We became very emotional throughout the home buying process due to my son's death and Brooke was not uncomfortable as I sobbed and argued with my husband, nor did she shy away from my grief. She was able to comfort us and calm whatever storm we threw at her and she was able to make my husband laugh (usually impossible to make him smile) and he felt very comfortable speaking with her which he does not usually trust salespeople. She was our rock during what was the most emotional move ever. She is amazing and her energy and humor are an added bonus to her intelligence and how well she advocates for her clients. Brooke is not only our Realtor, but she is also now part of our family. Thank you, Brooke!
