Patti Smith just helped us buy our first home, in Ridgeway, SC. She went above and beyond during the whole process. We did not live nearby and Patti was a great liaison to check on the property updates as well as deal with contractors when we could not. Patti was a great negotiator and very, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of Real Estate. She has excellent contacts for mortgage brokers, lawyers and contractors that made the whole process smoother than expected. I would highly recommend using her to buy or sell a home.
