After spending some time speaking with you and looking up some properties, we saw that you had a solid grasp of what was going on in the St. Johnsbury housing market. You seemed to have extensive experience in the real estate field and you obviously enjoyed it. Firstly, we appreciated that you worked with our schedule, which meant showing us houses on the weekend. We also appreciated that you respected our budget and didn't pressure us to go higher. When we found a house your offer advice was very helpful. We were also impressed with the network of connections you possessed. As out-of-state clients, this was very useful to us. Whether it be a recommendation for a lender, an insurance agent, an attorney, or a plumber you had someone you could recommend. In the end, thanks to your advice, we got the house for far less money than we would have if we had been on our own. The money we saved more than covered your fee.
