Marty is simply the best realtor to work with. Marty helped me with the sell of my starter home, and in purchasing a new home. Excellent communication and professionalism. Extremely knowledgeable. I will always recommend him to friends and family in need of a great realtor.

Marty not only guided us through the purchase of our Parkville home 8+ years ago, but also guided us toward a fast sale and close when we had to move states for work and were under a time constraint. Marty's level-headed guidance, professionalism, and advice was so welcome in a frantic period. He did go above and beyond, even after close - making sure to meet our container storage folks to ensure our belongings made it to transit when we were already on our way out of state.
