ZillowVERIFIED We started looking @ homes with Dan, when we wanted a location in Parkville, MO in a certain neighborhood that we were enamored with. We wanted to find another home closer to our friends and the network of the community was very family oriented. Dan was very patient with us, as we looked at several homes more than once and he was very knowledgeable from the point of the neighborhood and the homes we were entertaining. When we finally stepped into the home that our gut told us was "it", Dan helped with every aspect of the negotiations. We know that without Dan, the negotiation and pricing that we agreed to with the owner would have stalled and possibly not have happened at all. Dan also helped us to find buyers for our home that we were selling after finding this home. The price range that we were at was not exactly an easy bracket to sell from. In the end, Dan found 2 buyers when we hit the right price point for the sell of our home and we ultimately were able to sell to someone who loved our home as much as we did. We ended up gaining a friendship from Dan and his wife Brenda. As of recent, Dan has just celebrated 40 years of being in the business of real estate. It's no wonder that he's been able to endure the housing bubble and many battles in between. His success isn't by accident. He's very personable and tries to respond immediately, unless on call with another client. In the end, we were grateful to have had such a great person working with us to find our dream home.

Our home was only modestly priced and even knowing he had much larger clients, we never felt we were anything less than his most important customer. He was very responsive to our calls and needs even during a time when houses were literally flying off the market in hours. He found a home that was "under the radar" and a great fit. Most stories I knew of others buying homes were paying above list price and fighting off multiple purchasing offers however; b/c this home wasn't mass marketed, we had no buying competition, paid less than list & appraisal, and even got some extras thrown in. His negotiation skills are unparalleled and were of high importance to us during these times. Closing was convenient and smooth.
