Erin was exceptional! Informative and knowledgeable, receptive to our requirements and feedback and above all a friendly and supportive throughout the process. She went above and beyond for us, keeping the process moving when it ran into problems, keeping us informed and equipped with the latest, and joining us in person for open houses and viewings at all times. She helped talk us through some difficult choices, negotiated making a number of offers and through it all it was clear that our satisfaction and happiness was her primary concern. It honestly never felt as though it was transactional or that she was an agent and it felt more as though I had an extremely experienced friend coming along with me through the process. She was our agent through both a purchase and a sale, and helped my wife buy her first apartment, so it is no exaggeration to say that while I am extremely happy with my new home, if I ever go through this process again I cannot imagine going through it with anyone other than Erin.
