REMax Harmony

I, too, would like to add my accolades concerning Erin Gaffen. Shes the real deal. Super kind, polite, empathetic, and customer focused. Shell do what you need to sell your home effectively, with minimal stress, and at top dollar. Erin is well-educated, incredibly articulate, gracious, and real estate savvy. All of this runs in her family. Shell steer you in the right direction without pressure, and shell always put your interests first. Hands-on, proactive, hard-working, and very sweet! Wholeheartedly recommended!

Erin was exceptional! Informative and knowledgeable, receptive to our requirements and feedback and above all a friendly and supportive throughout the process. She went above and beyond for us, keeping the process moving when it ran into problems, keeping us informed and equipped with the latest, and joining us in person for open houses and viewings at all times. She helped talk us through some difficult choices, negotiated making a number of offers and through it all it was clear that our satisfaction and happiness was her primary concern. It honestly never felt as though it was transactional or that she was an agent and it felt more as though I had an extremely experienced friend coming along with me through the process. She was our agent through both a purchase and a sale, and helped my wife buy her first apartment, so it is no exaggeration to say that while I am extremely happy with my new home, if I ever go through this process again I cannot imagine going through it with anyone other than Erin.

Erin did a great job helping me buy my first condo. She understood my needs and was patient and understanding. She had excellent knowledge of the process which really helped with the negotiation. I would highly recommend her!

Erin was super helpful throughout the process of finding and closing on our home in the suburbs of Boston! She addressed all our concerns in various stages, gave us advice on what to prioritize and deprioritize given the competitive Boston housing market, and was super responsive and punctual for any questions and tasks. We'd definitely recommend working with Erin when looking to buy a house here!

Choosing Erin Gaffen to be our real estate agent to sell our two-family income property was the best decision we could have made. She is professional, warm, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. Erin is easy to work with, and her expertise and attention to detail made the process stress-free. She is thoughtful and responsive from start to finish. She had great recommendations and helpful contacts with contractors, handymen, painters, photographers, housecleaners--anyone you may need to get your house ready for resale and have it done quickly. Our house sold in just a few weeks!
