This is John Bryant (home buyer). I first contacted Brendan on the phone and felt comfortable with him right away. I had 60 days to vacate my rented home in Folsom as the owner suddenly wanted to move back into her home she and former husband bought new in1988. Brendan and I worked together as a team and visited several homes. He always arrived before "on-time" and made time to patiently show the home, talk about it, and never seemed to be in a rush to end the viewings.
