Brendan Mohr

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start with a local mortgage lender to know what you qualify for or how to plan for your purchase. I can share some of the region's best. There is more in depth advice I can give in a one on one consultation.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Never choose the agent simply because they value your home at the highest dollar amount. Any agent can say your home is worth more than another, but they aren't the ones buying your home and it's YOU who ultimately sets the price. Choose an agent on expertise, marketing, and communication. That's the agent that can get your home sold.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I've worked with first time home buyers to buyers and sellers with several moves under their belts. I have done several complex probate sales and short sales, as well.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A listing I had received 49 offers and sold 28% over the list price. Marketing is my specialty and I go all out to get exposure.

I cannot recommend Brendan Mohr highly enough. After my mother passed away, I became the successor trustee responsible for selling her multimillion-dollar luxury home. It was an overwhelming responsibility, especially after another real estate agent had already listed the property and was unsuccessful in selling it. I contacted Brendan because of his experience with trust sales and luxury real estate, and the difference was immediate. He came in with a detailed, multi-step plan to properly prepare the home for the market, position it correctly, and create a marketing strategy designed specifically for the property. He coordinated everything and made what could have been a very stressful trust sale much easier for me to manage. The results were incredible. Within approximately one week of putting the home on the market, we received four offers. We accepted an excellent offer and closed the sale within a month. Brendan understands that selling a luxury home as a successor trustee is very different from an ordinary real estate transaction. He understands the responsibilities involved in a trust sale, communicates exceptionally well, and knows how to prepare, market, and negotiate the sale of a high-value property. If you are a successor trustee looking for an experienced Sacramento real estate agent to handle the sale of a luxury home or property held in a trust, I would absolutely recommend Brendan Mohr. After seeing firsthand what he was able to accomplish when another agent could not, I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Brendan was absolutely incredible throughout the entire home-buying process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Brendan made me feel informed and confident throughout the process. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and keep everything moving forward. I'm so grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust!

Brendan Mohr has sold one home for us and helped us buy another. I will never use another agent!!! Everything other reviewers on this page mention is 100% accurate in my experiences as well. He is the most honest and hard working agent youll meet. His marketing is exceptional and hes tremendously knowledgeable about the market. When we sold our first house we received multiple offers within a day, all over asking price. I attribute this to the quality time and advice he provided us in preparation to sell the home. You will not find a better agent! The five star reviews are here for a reason!!

This is John Bryant (home buyer). I first contacted Brendan on the phone and felt comfortable with him right away. I had 60 days to vacate my rented home in Folsom as the owner suddenly wanted to move back into her home she and former husband bought new in1988. Brendan and I worked together as a team and visited several homes. He always arrived before "on-time" and made time to patiently show the home, talk about it, and never seemed to be in a rush to end the viewings. A few times he made two or three appointments in one day. I never felt rushed at any time. Brendan was very thorough in emailing messages, listings, documents, and anything else of importance. After my offer was accepted on a beautiful home in Sun City Roseville...Brendan was very fluent in emailing any and all docs for me to electronically sign. He was also available by phone and always returned calls quickly. I know I could not have chosen a better realtor to help me locate a nice home.

Brendan sold our house and got our offer accepted for our dream home in a very competitive market. Seven people offered on the home we bought, but Brendan's skill got us in. We received 15 offers for the sale of our home and he put on a open house that was more like a neighborhood party. The neighbors told me it was packed all day. His preparation for the sale, technology used, and different methods for marketing our home were majorly effective. The thing I really loved about him was his willingness to take time and educate on every step of the process, much of it prior to occurring so we knew what to expect and what our options would be. The process has changed a lot since I bought my last home in '04 and our experience with realtors at that time paled in comparison to the outstanding service and, most importantly, the RESULTS Brendan achieved. I'd highly recommend his services.

The last time I bought a home was in 2002 and boy how things have changed! I was fortunate to have Brendan recommended to me by one of his past clients to walk me through the process. His knowledge is vast and his team of support never skipped a beat. From finding the home, to negotiating all the details, to the financing, he was there. You should expect that from any agent, but the ways he went above and beyond for me, it showed he really cared about getting me the best value and the right home.

I was concidering selling my home and sought the advice of a real estate agent. A neighbor was selling their home that had the same floorplan and similar features, so I was curious if it was a good time to sell. I explained that I would only do so if it was the right time. That agent told me it was. I went to Brendan to get a second opinion. He sent me a ton of info catered directly to my situation with a full area profile, comps or previous activity, and a detailed evaluation of the market and the value of my home. He showed me it was better to wait a a few months to a different time of year based on what the market was doing at that time. I did. My neighbor's house sat and eventually sold. Mine sold immediately for $20,000 more than my neighbor's. Thanks for all the advice, Brendan!

Brendan was instrumental in introducing me to the Fair Oaks region when I moved here. His knowledge of the neighborhoods and schools were so insightful, it was very obvious he was a long time resident. I can't thank him and his team at The Malone Group enough for my he buying experience.
