RE/MAX Gold

I was referred to Amanda by one of my coworkers and I gave her a call. She graciously spent 30 mins of her personal time explaining the home buying process and answering my many questions. She set us up with a great loan officer who we are working with now to get our finances in order to be ready to apply for a loan. Amanda has been available when I call and very pleasant to work with so far. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Amy was truly amazing in helping us find and buy our first home. With a short time frame, being first time buyers, and dealing with a difficult lender she helped and guided us every step of the way! She was very thorough in explaining the house buying process to us and made sure to have our best interest in mind when we hit some bumps with our lender. She was always prompt to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable with her knowledge and advice. Can not say enough good things about Amy and her team! Highly recommend!

My wife and I met with Amanda to talk about selling our home. We had no idea what it would involve or where to start. Amanda thoroughly explained the process beginning to end and answered all of our questions clearly. We have some things to do before we are ready to list but we will definitely use Amanda as our Realtor. I appreciate all the time she spent with us and all the knowledge she shared!

Our experience with Angel Montiel was amazing! From the start to finish, we felt blessed to have Angel help us with the process of selling my mothers house. Angel communicated everything we needed to do from our side and always kept us informed. Always checked with us during potential buyer viewing hours. Would highly recommend Angel to our friends, family or any one else looking to buy or sell property. Thank you so much for everything, Angel! Overall the best possible experience for our family!

I highly recommend Amanda as an agent. She is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. She spent an entire afternoon showing me and my wife homes and even though we arent as prepared to purchase as we thought we were at this time Amanda helped us with the resources we need to better prepare ourselves to purchase a home. When we are able to be qualified for a loan we will definitely use Amanda as our agent.
