The day I decided to list it, she helped me get my home show-ready with her incredible team and always came through whatever needed to be done in rapid turnaround time in what was a very complex amount of improvements needed in just a couple of days. How she put together all the interested buyers to bid against each other in a well-orchestrated finale was nothing short of incredible and resulted in over a six-figure above asking price high offer and numerous other unbelievable offers. When some very challenging issues came up after the inspection and appraisal, she was always cool, calm, and professional and came up with some brilliant resolutions that totally resolved all my concerns. Even after the deal was sealed, she never slowed down in making sure every other aspect I needed to address was done quickly and was always available and happy to help. I thought I had some great realtors in the past, but none can compare to the job she did for me and have been such a pleasure to work with.
