RE/MAX GOLD

Working with Ponce has been consistently excellent. This was our third transaction together, and once again everything went seamlessly from start to finish. From the very beginning, he set clear expectations, stayed proactive, and made sure every detail was handled with care. His communication is one of his strongest qualities, always timely, transparent, and easy to understand, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. What really stands out about Ponce is his professionalism and consistency. Throughout the transaction, he kept me informed at every stage, provided helpful insights, and made sure I always felt confident in the decisions being made. There were no surprises, no confusion, just a well managed process from listing to closing. Having worked with him multiple times now, I can confidently say he is someone you can rely on. He understands the market, advocates for his clients, and genuinely makes the experience easier. I look forward to continuing to work with Ponce in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Ponce and Janie help us buy our place in Citrus Height. They work with us for 2 years with a lot of patience as we were getting ready to finalize our purchase. They kept us informed about the market trend and help us make a decision. Once our offer was accepted they help us stay on track to meet our timeline. They also help with existing tenant lease and provided us with lot so contact when it came down to maintenance. Overall we had wonderful experience working with them and will certainly work with them again in future.

My experience was a very eye-opener experience-for me Ponce taught me so much in this process to become a homeowner and I truly appreciate it all I couldnt have done without him and his team when I was at my wits end He brought me back to reality and helped through all of my major decisions I am so grateful for everything. Now thanks to Ponce I am Home Owner now

Janee was very thorough and patient in her questions of the type and location of property that I was seeking. I am looking forward to the answered to my questions on specific properties and the results she presents.

Ponce and his team are the best! He helped my husband and I buy our first house. He made the experience easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyers like us. Ponce and his team were quick to respond, always happy to help, shared knowledge, and very supportive and friendly. We recommend Ponce whole-heartedly! Lileen and Bennie Shannon
