Ponce could improve his scheduling technique to ensure that a clients time is consistently respected. There is an expectation of loyalty and confidentiality that is assumed as part of realtor/agent fiduciary duties to their clients. I understand and respect that real estate is a field that thrives on sales and purchases along with attaining new and returning clients. However, an agents sales or self interest should remain secondary to their clients interest. It can be a fine line. It may be beneficial to review or inform clients of ALL procedures in the real estate selling/buying process even the procedures that may be assumed as logical or obvious. Ponce was a credible professional but respectfully, sometimes personalities and professional communication styles simply dont work well together from a business perspective.

When we advised him of what we were looking for in a home he immediately set up internet access where homes that fit our wants were listed. We were able to select the homes we were interested in and disregard the others. Since I live in Georgia I was not physically able to view the homes so when he took my daughter to look at them he Facetimed me so that I could also tour the homes. He did a great job of negotiating the sales price and getting us credit for repairs to be done. He also helped us find a contractor to complete needed repairs.

Ponce is very professional. Both him and Janee have been wonderful throughout this whole process. He listed my home for sale and with his and the Remax team advertising efforts, I had a cash offer within 1 day of listing my home. I was amazed, being that my previous agent couldnt even reel in one offer! Not even a week later we had my open house and the presentation that Ponce and Janee put on for my house was amazing! It brought in so many potential buyers. My house had so much traffic it looked as if we were having a party. Lol. After my open house we had 6 offers! Ponce was even able to get me way more than our listing price. Ponce is the man!!! He is also helping me look for a larger home for my family. ZillowVERIFIED Ponce was late to every appointment, almost 30 minutes most times, and very hard to reach. I was never in contact with him, mostly worked with his assistant. My wife and I felt very out of the loop and walked in blind to all the contracts being sent to us over email with no explanation as to what we are signing. As first time home buyers, our experience was very unpleasant. If you are a first time home buyer, I would suggest someone else who has more time to explain things to you and who values your time and doesn't make you wait for them every appointment with no advance notice. We did get our house however, with little help from Ponce. Good Luck to whoever may read this in the future. If you choose Ponce, I hope you have some time to spare and like the anticipation of waiting days for a text response on one of the biggest decisions of your life.
