RE/MAX Gold Davis

It was great working with Cody! He worked to coordinate everything for my remote home purchase for my move to the Sacramento metro area. I was very worried about buying a place sight unseen, but he became my eyes and ears on the ground. He kept me informed every step of the way, all while staying on top of juggling countless quotes and chasing down contractors for unique situations with the house. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

Cody did an amazing job helping us buy a house. He put in a tremendous amount of effort doing video tours for us all over Sacramento. He found us the perfect house, and helped write a competitive offer that allowed us to put our best foot forward. Cody is a fantastic Realtor and human being.

Cody is fantastic to work with. He helped us through a purchase and a sale, and he handles every aspect of the customers needs. He goes above and beyond, and we appreciated his support. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He knows all the agents in Davis, and his familiarity with the city and its process expedites all transactions. His support does not stop at the end of the escrow. We were new to Davis when we bought our house, and he was a wealth of info for handymen and tradesmen referrals. I would recommend using Cody for your real estate needs!

As a younger first time homebuyer who had a lot of questions, Cody was always quick to respond and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Cody is very knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. From reviewing offers, explaining paperwork, or providing updates during escrow, he made the entire process much less stressful. Cody makes you feel like you're all on the same team and you know he has your back through every part of the process, big and small. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
