Allison Costelow was my Realtor from Benicia Remax Gold. My purchase was a Manufactured Home. Allison was so helpful dealing with two different lenders. Some banks do not loan for a manufactured home. Even though the loan was only 1/4 of the mortgage. I also had another home to sell. Allison was so helpful in coordinating the purchase. We were depending on so many people to finish the sale. I would highly recommend Allison. I am very happy with my new home.

She's the best! I was very happy with everything that Allison did from the moment I met her up until now weeks after the purchase of my first home. She had to deal with myself and my 75-year-old mother and she was able to make both of us happy at the same time which usually is pretty hard to do. She was very informative she knew pretty much everything that you would need to know about a home and what she didn't know she knew who would know the answer to any question I had.
