Community Involvement

I host free seminars and webinars--both online and at local community centers--for seniors and families on topics like downsizing, home safety, and aging in place, because I believe in serving my community beyond real estate. I walk with clients through emotionally and practically challenging transitions, especially for seniors and their loved ones, offering empathy, understanding, and expert guidance as an SRES(R). I'm also active in MomCo, a nonprofit community of mothers and families, where I contribute time and support its mission of connection and empowerment.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

when I'm not out there working hard for my clients, you'll find me exploring the outdoors, hiking local East Bay trails, or enjoying beach days with my husband and two girls.

FAMILY

Family is at the heart of everything I do. As a wife and mom of two, I understand how important it is to find a home that truly fits your family's needs and lifestyle. My own experience balancing family life keeps me grounded and reminds me that home isn't just about real estate--it's about connection, comfort, and creating lasting memories together.

Selling a home, particularly a home one has lived in for over 35 years, as in our case, is a daunting task. Fortunately, we had Allison Costelow to advise us and handle the complex organization of inspections, prep work, listing and the final showing, all at own pace. It was certainly a learning experience, yet Allison was always available to answer our questions. Preparing our home and the surprisingly rapid sale would not have been possible without her professional, experienced and friendly guidance.

She's the best! I was very happy with everything that Allison did from the moment I met her up until now weeks after the purchase of my first home. She had to deal with myself and my 75-year-old mother and she was able to make both of us happy at the same time which usually is pretty hard to do. She was very informative she knew pretty much everything that you would need to know about a home and what she didn't know she knew who would know the answer to any question I had. I put my trust in her hands and she works so hard for me I can't even begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction I will forever use Allison as a realtor and recommend her to all my family and friends forever and ever. I promise you that no one will ever work harder than that woman does. She is a family woman and a business woman all wrapped up in one tremendous awesome spunky ball she has the humor when you need it and she is serious when it needs to get serious. You cannot go wrong with Allisonllllll

Allison Costelow was my Realtor from Benicia Remax Gold. My purchase was a Manufactured Home. Allison was so helpful dealing with two different lenders. Some banks do not loan for a manufactured home. Even though the loan was only 1/4 of the mortgage. I also had another home to sell. Allison was so helpful in coordinating the purchase. We were depending on so many people to finish the sale. I would highly recommend Allison. I am very happy with my new home.

Allison was wonderful to work with. She helped us purchase our first home in 2023. Allison was so helpful navigating us through all the big questions and explaining the process, getting us connected with the correct people and overall made the home buying experience less stressful. She was encouraging, on top of the paperwork, walk throughs, knew our expectations as well as the sellers so that we could get into escrow and close quickly. We highly recommend her! If you are looking for an agent in the Bay Area, Allison is your girl.
