We were fortunate to have Kathleen Galano as our real estate agent. This was not our primary home so we had to rely on her to handle many things a residential owner should do. We found Kathleen to be a powerful problem solver, often solving problems before we became aware of it. For every issue she has a solution and took the initiative to come up with creative solutions. While we might have become frustrated and anxious she remained calm and focused on solutions.Kathleen was responsive and always handled our calls, emails and requests with a sense of hustle and tenacity. If she said she would do it, then she did! Kathleen knew the community and the market. She amazingly found a buyer and was able to sell our unit at full price in less than a week, even before it hit MLS, at a higher price than other agents suggested we list it for.She was easy to work with and we trusted her with every aspect of our sale. Her attention to detail was the most helpful part of the process, letting us know in advance what we had to do with any regulating authorities and often just doing those things herself that would save us time and effort . She kept us informed at every step and guided us through the next steps.Our only disappointment is that we dont have another reason right now to continue to use her services, but rest assured when we do we will only call Kathleen Galano
