ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Kathleen over the past year and she made a stressful moving time much easier and pleasurable. Kathleen was able to sell our townhouse in 3 days for asking price! She was very responsive and took us to all of the different homes we wanted to see, which were a lot! She never made us feel bad about all of the questions we asked. She was patient and had a positive attitude. She always had our best interest in mind. We had a great experience working with Kathleen and would recommend her to those looking to buy/sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What a great experience we had with Kathleen Galano selling our house in Neptune, NJ from start to finish and would recommend her to everyone! The buyer had a home sale contingency the whole time, homes in Jumping Brook were hitting the market priced lower and we had to ignore it and just keep moving forward. Kathleen felt confident after the home inspection and once they received the loan commitment it would happen. We ended up selling over the offer price! Thanks again for getting us everything we wanted and more in the sale of our house!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen Galano is an excellent realtor. She couldn't have been more helpful and informative. I never had a single worry about her listing and showing the home and she was able to get the absolute best price. I can't say enough about Kathleen and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were fortunate to have Kathleen Galano as our real estate agent. This was not our primary home so we had to rely on her to handle many things a residential owner should do. We found Kathleen to be a powerful problem solver, often solving problems before we became aware of it. For every issue she has a solution and took the initiative to come up with creative solutions. While we might have become frustrated and anxious she remained calm and focused on solutions.Kathleen was responsive and always handled our calls, emails and requests with a sense of hustle and tenacity. If she said she would do it, then she did! Kathleen knew the community and the market. She amazingly found a buyer and was able to sell our unit at full price in less than a week, even before it hit MLS, at a higher price than other agents suggested we list it for.She was easy to work with and we trusted her with every aspect of our sale. Her attention to detail was the most helpful part of the process, letting us know in advance what we had to do with any regulating authorities and often just doing those things herself that would save us time and effort . She kept us informed at every step and guided us through the next steps. Our only disappointment is that we dont have another reason right now to continue to use her services, but rest assured when we do we will only call Kathleen Galano

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt thank Kathleen enough for her help when purchasing our first home. As daunting as the process is, our transaction was more complicated being a bank owned property. Kathleens patience and positive energy got us through to the finish line and we couldnt be happier. Kathleen is not only a real estate agent but a true friend and will go out of her way to make sure you are in good hands every step of the way. Could not recommend her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen is a fantastic person to work with. Ultimately she wants what is best for her client and this is really what makes her special. . My husband and I were very challenging to say the least and she was always patient and ready to show us condos. She was very honest on why she thought one might be good for us - or might not suit us as well something else. She also knows the area and buildings very well. We would highly recommend her and would work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the current market and the Monmouth county area. During the several months that we worked with her, She was there every step of the way. Kathleen promptly answered every call or email no matter what time of day. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are second to none. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that that she truly cared about our family and what was best for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was a pleasure to work with, she was always available either by phone , text, or email.. she gave us great tips on what the buyers were looking for. And we had multiple offers on our house in just 3 days. From beginning to end (when it closed) was 6 weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Kathleen in order to try to find a winter rental in the Sea Bright/Monmouth Beach area. Since I was in a time crunch due to an upcoming long-distance move, Kathleen helped set up multiple viewings in one afternoon and we were able to see all of the units within a few short hours. She worked quickly, even on Labor Day Weekend, and helped get my application in and lease signed very quickly. Thanks so much Kathleen for helping making a possibly stressful apartment search, super easy and painless! We can't wait to move in!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was absolutely fantastic helping me and my now husband find our first home! As first time buyers, we were initially pretty clueless about the process, and she walked us through it with admirable patience, including helping us to narrow our geographic preferences, wants versus needs, etc. We were contracted for two homes that fell through at various points, and she continued to find great options for us despite our frustration. (Really, that seems to be normal, but when you are going through it for the first time, it doesn't seem normal!) The third time was a charm, and this home is wonderful, more than we could have imagined. During the negotiations, there were a few snags, but Kathleen was able to get us through. I don't think we could have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen is a true professional, her experience and knowledge in the home purchase process made buying a home enjoyable. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional and invaluable during negotiations. Her organization, management skills and follow through resulted in timely closing. Perhaps most importantly, she exhibited a sincere desire to find not just a home for me, but the right home that met my needs and my personality. I would without a doubt work with Kathleen again.
