I can't thank Jennifer and Mariah from Hupke Team: Remax Forward enough! I was trying to sell my mothers home and was overwhelmed. Working a full time job, trying to clear out my mothers belongings. I had met with house flippers and other realtors who were all very nice. But all were telling me that because of the condition it was in that I wouldn't be able to get much for it. But when I had my meeting with Jennifer and Mariah they walked in with very positive attitudes! They had done their homework on the area and had paperwork on the comps that had just sold near by. These gals were Marvelous! They sold my mothers house in a month in the month of Dec!!! And sold the house for more than what the others said I would be able to get. My parents house was beautiful and Unique ranch that they built in the 60's. But was in need of some up dating and paint. A diamond in the ruff. I was feeling pretty defeated because I didn't have the funds to fix it up. But they reassured me that it was a great place and would be selling it in as is condition. They had inspectors n repair companies that they worked with. And had the answers for any problem that arose. You will not go wrong signing up with these ladies! The only thing they are missing are capes! For they a definitely my Super Hero's! Thank you so much!

Working with Jennifer and Mariah was truly great! Throughout the whole process up until the house got sold, the Hupke team was the best choice I made when I decided to go with them. They truly look out for you and they are on it 24/7. Very responsive, very transparent, and go getters. When you sign with Jennifer, you let her and her team lead! And trust Jennifers leadership and marketing skills. The Hupke team is always looking out for their clients and make sure they get the best of whats out there. It will be a Sunday afternoon and I have questions in my head, and anytime I pick up the phone and dial the Hupke group, they are always available to chat. Jennifer told me when we first started that she will get me more than what we post it for, and she sure did! She delivered everything she promised me and more . If I had to do it all over again I would not even think of looking at another realtor! There is no need - Jennifers team has a person for every task and all of them are very accountable, skilled and trustworthy and they are on it till the very end! the best part is if Jennifer was ever unavailable, Mariah was always there, and vice versa. And they dont let your house posted go stale - they watch it like a hawk and make sure it is continuously on everybodys fresh page, always. Thank you for the great journey and customer service Jennifer and Mariah! It was a pleasure working with both of you.
