REMAX FIRST

I had a great experience with Nik as my realtor. He helped me purchase a beautiful villa in Boca Raton near where my son lives. Him and my son were great friends growing up. He has helped a few of my family members in real estate and always aced the deal. Thanks Nik! He goes way beyond normal to make your closing happen.

From the very beginning Nikolas stated he would be there for us as we were leaving the area and would not be there for closing and he was very true to his word from day one. What more can you ask from someone than to put trust he would do his best to sell property we had for over 37 yrs. ?? We would recommend him to our friend's in a heart beat as he would surely treat them the same. Sincerely, Jeannette & Robert DiGiovanni

Nik was an amazing realtor! We became friends at the gym, so after a while I hired him when I needed to sell my property. He sold it for more than I thought it was worth, and the process was smooth and easy. I also referred a few friends to him and he took great care of them as well. 10/10 recommend Nik. I cant say enough good things about both his work ethic, expertise, and character.

Nik was simply the best realtor I ever worked with. Very attentive to detail, extremely professional. He helped in every aspect and steps of the sale

Nikolas was the best realtor we've ever had. Since the day he came over to discuss us signing with him till the day we closed he was open and honest about everything. Day we did photos for the house he was here at 9 a.m. for hours helping set everything up. With his marketing and work ethic got our house sold within a week. Goes above and beyond and couldn't ask anything more from a realtor we hope to use in the future again.
