ZillowVERIFIED I first tried to sell my condo by myself and got harassed by a bunch of realtors offering their services. after a month of getting nowhere I called Nikolas. He came over the next day to my place and did a walk through. I haven't spoke to Nik in let's say 15 years. I am in sales and told him before leaving that you are very professional and ask great questions. I wanted to list my place for $125k but he advised $134k....I was leaving town and told him I needed pictures and my place listed asap. He had a professional photographer over the next day and a day later my place was listed. While in meetings he kept communicating with me informing when there were viewings. I got a cash offer for $120k. He told me counter back at $130k they accepted. site inspection came back at $3,600. He advised to counter at $1,800. We went back and forth with the buyer for 3 days and they agreed to the $1,800. Nikolas literally helped me put about an extra $11,800 in my pocket. I needed to move out quick because of a job transfer. I would of easily accepted the $120k but Niks advice and strong negotiation/sales skills ended up saving me more $ even after paying all fees then if I sold it myself. There are alot of realtors to choose, but if you want professionalism and someone who will get you the most money back, call Nikolas Marulis.

ZillowVERIFIED I was house hunting for about a year before I finally found Nik He is young, energetic and a real go getter! I was looking for a specific type of home and Nik didn't waste my time sending me properties I didn't want to see . I wanted a 2/2 Villa with no attached walls and a washer and dryer in the unit these two things were deal breakers for me . Nik was able to find me a community with everything on my wish list and zeroed in on that community. Houses were selling in 1-2 days and it was very hard for me to make a decision from 1500 miles away in NY Nik took the time to drive to this community,drive around the area and report to me his findings. We were on the phone or email several times a day. Through Niks presence in the community he was able to find me a home that he thought was just right for me . He did a walk through and called the day it came on the market and I took the chance because I trusted him .Together we wrote a contract and presented the offer that same day . I flew down to Florida from NY the next week. Nik set up a walk through,got me an application with the board,and procured a very good inspection company for me . Within the week I was there he also got me an interview with the HOA board so I did not have to come back . For all his hard work I would recommend Nik to anyone. He accomplished all this in in less than a month !!! I will go to closing this Friday and know I could never have done all this without this great agent
