RE/MAX Fine Properties

Hector was diligent regarding my 10.7 acres showing qualified buyers. He was always professional. Finally the perfect family bought this awesome property. I would highly recommend Hector to get your property sold??????

If you need a agent anywhere in the Houston area YOU NEED Hector. From over 6 months of working with him, I can tell you, Hector is not only an absolute professional but an expert. He helped my husband and I purchase a home with an extremely complicated web of legal problems and with my husband out of the country. He has the rare even-keeled temperament needed during stressful and tense negotiations. Plus, as if being great at his job wasn't enough, he is also one hell of a nice guy. I would recommend him to all of my close friends and family without hesitation and will use him again in the future myself.

Hector was very patient and helpful during the whole process, gave us great selections and listened to everything we were looking for. Helped us completely until the end. 100% recommend working with him!

I had a very good experience working with Hector. As a first time homebuyer, he was able to provide me the guidance to get me through the process by my expedited timeline. Hector came across to me as genuine and real. I sincerely appreciate his effort. I would work with Hector again in the future and I would recommend him to others.
