ZillowVERIFIED Hector Guerra at Real Estate Professional helped me through the process of buying my Investment home and Selling my investment home as well. Going in to the process I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what buying a home is like and selling a home a like ! - but it wasn't "quite" as simple as I thought. Hector may be the most patient person I know; he's completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heatedly when the next day you're saying something completely different. He seemed to always be available for my questions and sync ups when I was feeling under water. Throughout the whole process I felt like Hector had my back and he even caught an error in the closing documents that no one else saw that saved me a bunch of money. I felt like Hector knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident he wasn't going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time. Bottom line - I can't imagine having a more positive experience and recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this stressful market. Thanks Hector !

ZillowVERIFIED Hector Guerra proclaim to be a trustworthy contractor. His wife reassured me that he had built and remodeled many projects. We hired him as our contractor to complete a 4000 sq ft build out. He promised it would only take him 90 days and $180,000. I paid him $161,500 from February to July. He abandoned my project after I told him I wouldn't pay him anymore money until the buildout was complete according to the amount of money I had given. He left my project with unfinished electrical work, unfinished plumbing, no HVAC, no doors/frames, and a shabby flooring job that we had to repair. I lost my tenant improvement money and had to spend over 100k to finish my project myself. Don't trust him with your money. He's cold hearted as he only cares about himself and how much money he can take from you to keep up his image. DONT DO BUSINESS with him!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with him thought he had my best interests at heart. Boy I was so wrong. i was a first time home buyer single mom of 2. Struggling as it was to get that $850.00. I relied on my income tax to be the down payment. However, I gave the closing costs first while waiting on my tax refund. Come to find out my tax return was garnished from NYS for money owed to them. Wish I would have known. So I lost the $850 i put in closing costs. Do you even think he was compassionate to give me back the money or at least some of it knowing that I am a single mom of 2 and struggling. No heart what so ever. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I was a first time homebuyer and clueless. Well he got paid and I was left with nothing.

I admit we were a little intimidated by the prospect of building our house in the totally crazy real estate market in Houston, but Hector put us at ease. He knows the market inside and out; he walked us through what to expect and was patient and very responsive when answering all our follow-up questions. One of the great things about Hector is that he's creative and he can help identify great opportunities that others might overlook. He used to work in residential construction so he can walk into any house and tell you how easy or hard it would be to change this or update that; if you're up for a house that's a "project" (big or small) Hector is definitely your guy. The absolute BEST thing about Hector, though, is that he is super flexible and really goes above and beyond to help us throughout this entire process.
