We were in the market to buy a new construction house for about half a year and as many people know the searching and buying process is stressful and overwhelming! Our real estate agent was Stephany Mai and was there for me every step of the way. She really went above and beyond on keeping me comfortable and happy with the home buying experience. After months of looking, we thought we had found the perfect house and went to put some money on it. It was a good thing we had Stephany with us because she was able to find out in the contract that there was a Superfund site (landfill) just 2 miles north of the neighborhood. Instead of just looking for a sale, she really looked out for our well-being and future happiness. Even though at this point we have looked at maybe 15+ housing developments, she kept on giving me more choices that matched what we were looking for in a house. We ended up closing on a house just a month later that was in a much better location! Closer commute to work, more centralized location to the entire city of Phoenix, beautiful neighborhood, and the area was rapidly growing and improving. We were one of the first people to move into the neighborhood and with Stephany on our team we timed the buy so well that we got a great price on the house. We couldn't have done this without the amazing work of our real estate agent!
