RE/MAX Fine Properties

I am originally from Virginia and was looking to move to Arizona in the fall of 2020. I had one week in July to look for homes and needed to close in September. With real estate moving faster than you can blink, I needed a realtor that could tour homes on my behalf and ultimately, help me make an honest decision. Gina went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of during the entire buying process and holy cow are her and her team organized! Out of all of the real estate transactions I?ve done, this was the easiest one I?ve made. I highly recommend Gina!

It was a pleasure to spend the day with Katy. Having never been in the area, she was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, showed up properties that matched our requests.

Katy is very professional and knowledgeable about the market and the area. Coming in from out of state, Katy made us feel welcomed and like we had know her for a long time. When we retire in the next few years, no doubt Katy is our realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area!!!

If I could give Ryan 7 stars on a 1-5 star scale I would. Why... well let me tell you why, because I couldn't have asked for a better realtor in Northern AZ. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the market in Flagstaff, to the contract and how to lock a good buyer in, and how to ensure to you get top dollar. Great customer service and it never felt like a burden to speak with him. We will use him again soon to buy the land we have been looking at. I would recommend him to my parents that how happy we are with him and his entire team! Why not give him 8 stars because common man! you can't give a 8 star on a 1-5 star scale! SOLID 7 STAR GUY!
