Gina lives in the neighborhood and after we met, we were excited to work with her. Gina is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. We looked over several houses together before finding the one and she was able to help us talk over all the pros/cons of each property. Her experience and market knowledge are invaluable when talking over what projects would be worth doing on a potential home (ex: replacing floors, converting a room, etc). We just finished moving in and we couldnt have asked for a better or more personable buying experience. The offer, BINSR, and closing were all smooth as butter. If Gina was ever unavailable, Loretta (from her team) was always there to help. Gina also did an amazing job of helping us sell our existing house. We put it on the market and a within 48 hours we were presented with 11 top-notch offers which Gina had already done the negotiating for. The sale process went very quick since it was a cash deal and she was available to answer all the questions and had contacts to help fix all of the items that the buyer found during inspection We highly recommend Gina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Arizona :-) If we ever need to buy/sell, well be contacting her for sure!

She knows the market, she knows how to properly stage a house so it shows in its best light, and the effort that she goes to in order to market the property is second to none. Admittedly, we had a really nice house that we were selling, but her marketing expertise made it look like a resort. In the end, we sold our house in 6 weeks (to include the Christmas/New Years holidays) and received the price that we wanted. During the inspection, an issue was found with one of the AC units. The issue was subtle and a tricky one to identify and it required multiple diagnostic and repair visits. Fortunately for me, Gina provides her clients with a home warranty type of insurance - for FREE - and so I didnt have to pay for any of these pricey repair visits. Gina and her team provided top-notch service! Very highly recommended.
