Mike has been amazing for us. Working through this transitioning market and using his experience and relationships that he has. He has been great in helping us in negotiations. Hes a good friend and very easy to work with and very available. And he knows all the areas of Memphis. Theres nothing that I can see that he needs to improve on and I would recommend him to anybody.

Mike is a patient, honest, dependable, and thorough realtor. Mike always made himself available and worked with me when it was most convenient for my work schedule. Never did I feel like I was just another client of Mikes as he always made time for me. His calm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease and never pressured to make a purchase that I wasnt 100% certain of. Mikes professionalism enabled him to work seamless and efficiently with my loan officer as well as the sellers/buyers agent (helped me sell existing/purchase a new home). The previously listed characteristics are just a few examples of why I highly recommend Mike Parker to any home buyer/seller. I am confident that your time with Mike will be immensely satisfying as mine.

Mr. Parker was very helpful. He explained the process to me, a first time home buyer, very well. He helped negotiate with the owner/seller of the property I wanted to purchase, and and got what I needed. I felt like Mr. Parker always listened to what I was saying and took it into consideration. He is patient, helpful, and overall a very nice man. He was responsive to text messages and calls. He was usually not late to our appointments, and I truly appreciated his assistance.

Mike was so nice and honest and patient with us every step of the way. We?re glad we chose him as our realtor because he?s a real genuine trustworthy person. Antonio and Teresa Ward

Amazing experience! My wife and I are in the process of relocating from out of state. We were extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Mike. He is a hard worker and went out of his way to look out for our best interests. We couldnt be happier with the house Mike helped us find and all of his efforts to complete the transaction. He goes above and beyond!
