He doesnt beat around the bush with needless meetings, but he was a great advocate and a great communicator even as we were expediting everything. I never felt in the dark about what was happening along the process. In particular, there was a miscommunication on the sellers end, and we needed paperwork ASAP. I had four investment rental homes in the Memphis area, which were not in the best of shape. After several years of mediocre returns, I decided to try and sell all four. Living in Montana, this was a daunting task for me. How was I going to fix them up, how can I get good exposure to potential homeowners or investment buyers? In steps Mike Parker - Realtor, Manager, and Friend extraordinaire. Mike visited my properties, made lists of repairs needed, found an excellent and affordable repairman, managed the repairs himself, managed the payments himself, kept me up to date, gave me wise advice and helped me make decisions, marketed the homes, found buyers, and got all four homes sold. Mike is extremely patient and never once pressured us to put in an offer on a home that was not right for us. He is also kind and knowledgeable. We were not the easiest clients, as our minds changed a few times on what we were looking for, and he was energetically and enthusiastically with us every step of the way. He was able and willing to show us a listing at a drop of a hat. Mike also was honest about everything we saw and were looking for.
