Mr. Parker was very helpful. He explained the process to me, a first time home buyer, very well. He helped negotiate with the owner/seller of the property I wanted to purchase, and and got what I needed. I felt like Mr. Parker always listened to what I was saying and took it into consideration. He is patient, helpful, and overall a very nice man. He was responsive to text messages and calls. He was usually not late to our appointments, and I truly appreciated his assistance.
