RE/MAX Executive

Eric did an outstanding job especially on such short notice that we were ready to list our house, quickly to respond, scheduling went perfect! We highly recommend Eric, all around hes a very honest and good person!

We have worked with Eric on four different realestate transactions over the past eight years, both on the buy side and sell side. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable of the Charlotte market, specifically Ballantyne and the surrounding area. Hes fantastic at keeping it simple, quickly earns your trust and works hard for his clients. Id highly recommend Eric for any real estate transaction.

Eric and his lead coordinator, Kim, are very responsive (they always got back to us in a matter of minutes). Eric was very good at communicating between us, as the sellers, and the ultimate buyer of our home.

Eric did a great job throughout the process -- from identifying items that needed to be addressed prior to listing, addressing items identified during inspection, and dealing with complications associated with "deceased homeowner". He kept us up-to-date throughout the process. I would highly recommend Eric to any of my friends and family.

Eric has listed listed two homes for us in Ballantyne CC. Very pleased both times Not pushy, very laid back and professionalknows the local market very well
