We agreed on a price that he thought would work for what was going on in the market. A few weeks before we were listing Eric called me up and suggested that we increase our asking price based on what the market was doing. I was worried that I did not want to over price the house and then have to lower it later. He felt confident that the increase would be justified so we went with that.
