RE/MAX Executive

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Was there for us months after the sale. Highly recommend Joseph. Was in rental agreement with buyer who let us stay in the house for several months. After moving buyer did not want to refund our deposit. One phone call to Joseph and the buyer ended up returning our deposit.

Right from the start, Joseph was very honest, open, and balanced with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my family and I about when I should list, how much I should list for, what could I reasonably expect from buyers offers. I truly believe he was able to get me the highest possible price along with the two month rent-back option I hoped for and he did it all in pretty much one weekend.

Working with Joseph Smith was an awesome experience. He is professional and a straight shooter. Joe was able to sell my home with little to no difficultly. The marketing approach was right on target given the location of the home. I would recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a home or selling a home.

Joseph E Smith has sold a house for us and found us a beautiful home back in Charleston at the perfect location! I would never use another agent for Joseph is your guy when it comes to the Charleston area. Always goes above and beyond on his services. I was kept updated on everything during our home buying experience which was a huge relief when trying to get moved. I will never use another agent!

Joseph was a pleasure to work with. Selling a home is very stressful and he was so calming and reassuring through the entire process. He was prompt returning phone calls and texts and led us through the entire process with his knowledge and expertise. I suggest anyone use Joseph Smith
