ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely outstanding from start to finish. Was there for us months after the sale. Highly recommend Joseph. Was in rental agreement with buyer who let us stay in the house for several months. After moving buyer did not want to refund our deposit. One phone call to Joseph and the buyer ended up returning our deposit.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Joseph Smith was an awesome experience. He is professional and a straight shooter. Joe was able to sell my home with little to no difficultly. The marketing approach was right on target given the location of the home. I would recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a home or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Right from the start, Joseph was very honest, open, and balanced with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my family and I about when I should list, how much I should list for, what could I reasonably expect from buyers offers. I truly believe he was able to get me the highest possible price along with the two month rent-back option I hoped for and he did it all in pretty much one weekend.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph is fabulous to work with! Soon after moving to the area, Joseph started sending me links to homes that met my requirements and then put a great itinerary together for our house hunting days together. It didnt take long before we found the perfect home for us in Mount Pleasant! His local knowledge paired with his real estate experience of buyers and sellers made this home buying experience very easy. I would recommend Joseph to buyers and sellers alike. Hes very good at what he does!

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph was an amazing realtor. He managed to get my home under contract within a week. Moreover, he sold my appliances to the buyers separately. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be able to relocate and pursue a wonderful job opportunity elsewhere. I highly recommend Joseph!!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be any happier with Joseph and team for their expertise and support during the selling of my home. I live out-of-state so everything had to be handled without my being present; Joseph and team made the process painless. Joseph kept me informed during every step of the process and I never felt a moment of panic and never felt like I was out of the loop. He was very quick to provide me with answers when I wanted them or when he had more information. Overall, I can't recommend Joseph enough and am very glad for the experience. I highly recommend him to anybody wanting to sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph Smith is Very Professional and was honest with us from the first time we met until the sale closing. He provided guidance on what we might list the house sale price at and how to prepare the property for sale. We feel you can not go wrong with Joseph Smith.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph reached out and contacted me proactively after seeing that my house had been on the market for some time without any activity. We met shortly thereafter and he shared some interesting details of his strategy. I was impressed with his professionalism and demeanor, and he came across as being confident.....but without that arrogant edge that often comes with confidence. We made a plan and established a timeline. Well Joseph's plan worked and my house received an offer within two weeks. I am a very tough customer to deal with, and he did a great job in keeping me updated at every step. I will certainly use him again in the future.
