We worked with Brent and bought a house in Hermosa Beach in March of 2022. This is during the all-time-high of a crazy real estate market. Everything we know and learned about real estate has been tossed out the window. He's always available to show us houses, and before every bid (we made a total of 6 bids during the process) we would go over the comps, project what other bids could come in, and decide on the bid strategy. He's also very proactive with information gathering to see what the seller is looking for beforehand so we can incorporate that in the bid. Also having a wide set of clients and connections is very helpful for us as well, since he will have a better pulse on the general market direction.We've bought and sold lots of properties in the past. When it came to submitting offers, he was respectful of our time and knew when it was necessary to fly down and when it wasnt - he did a ton for us because we just werent there for closing.
