Brent is a fantastic and personable agent, our family cannot thank him enough for making our home buying experience so pleasant. Prior to moving to our new home, Brent and I were neighbors in Redondo Beach. Brent has been walking his dog by our place for years. I had let Brent know the type of property we were looking for and he went to work locating different homes that would meet our criteria. This was right when the stay at home order for Covid 19 began, so I know it was not easy to set up appointments to see the homes. Within a short period of time Brent had found a home that we fell in love with. We knew that even though Covid 19 was going on , this home was special and would have interest from other buyers. Within a short period of time we had an accepted offer. Brent helped us pick an experienced home inspector and he helped us get in touch with a lender he has known for many years. As I write this review after the close of escrow, Brent is still helping us with a few different items for the home. We would highly recommend Brent to our friends and family.
