He always had a strategy for every action we had to take and we came to learn quickly that his strategies were not only based on delivering the best outcomes for us but also grounded in values we share. When it came to submitting offers, he was respectful of our time and knew when it was necessary to fly down and when it wasnt - he did a ton for us because we just werent there for closing. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Brent and bought a house in Hermosa Beach in March of 2022. This is during the all-time-high of a crazy real estate market. Everything we know and learned about real estate has been tossed out the window. We interviewed several agents before we committed to buying a house, since having the right agent will be the key in this market. Brent was the most responsive, patient and knowledgeable among the few that we interviewed. And he continued to be so during the whole process. He's always available to show us houses, and before every bid (we made a total of 6 bids during the process) we would go over the comps, project what other bids could come in, and decide on the bid strategy. He's also very proactive with information gathering to see what the seller is looking for beforehand so we can incorporate that in the bid. Also having a wide set of clients and connections is very helpful for us as well, since he will have a better pulse on the general market direction.We've bought and sold lots of properties in the past. Hated every single agent that we dealt with. Brent is the sole exception, I would work with him in the future and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

This was right when the stay at home order for Covid 19 began, so I know it was not easy to set up appointments to see the homes. ZillowVERIFIED Brent was referred to me by a co-worker who I trust and said he had purchased a home through Brent back in 2002.My co worker also said Brent did an unbelievable job and he has referred him other friends who also said he did a great job for them.When I first met with Brent I could tell he had a thorough knowledge of the area that I wanted to buy in.He explained how the loan and the escrow process works since this was to be my first home purchase.After looking for some time we entered into escrow on a townhome in Redondo Beach.After doing the home inspection it was discovered that there were several areas with mold in the property.I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase of this property and Brent proceeded to talk to me about mold and what my options were.At the end of the discussion I told Brent that I wanted to cancel.Where most agents may have tried to push me into closing the escrow and doing something I wasn't comfortable doing, Brent was in my corner and backed me up the whole way.His patience and confidence very greatly appreciated at a time when I was a bit nervous.The seller took his time getting my deposit back to me, but Brent stayed on top of it and within a week I did get my deposit back.I am happy to say Brent did find me another townhome and I did close escrow on March 20th 2018.I am so happy with the property, and I'm glad that Brent continued to touch base with me about new properties as they hit the market.I think what really sets Brent apart from other agents that I have met is that he genuinely cares that I got the right property for me and not just any property.Brent is the best.Because I work so many hours there are many times that we spoke late at night or on the weekends.He continues to give me resources well after the close of escrow for handyman , painters, carpet cleaners, and several other people I needed help with.I now understand why my co-worker so highly recommended Brent.

Brent is so knowledgeable on every aspect of the real estate world and has a knack for explaining things in an understandable way. ZillowVERIFIED Brent was exemplary in handling the sale of our home. He has represented several family members and has always done an amazing job. Brent listed the house for sale at a price that he figured was ideal to bring in first-time buyers but also to pique the interest of seasoned buyers and investors, since the home needed a lot of updates. Within 6 days, we had 4 offers. We decided to go with the all-cash offer since they were the highest offer and they could close the quickest. Unfortunately it fell through, due to the buyers second thoughts about the geological report. Brent explained to my husband and me that this is becoming more common in our marketplace due to buyers having to make quick decisions. He really talked to us in detail about what was happening, and what to expect in the future.After putting the home back on the market, we got offers which were over 3% higher than the asking price! Brent was invaluable in assisting us with all the legal paperwork, interactions with the escrow company and all the online DocuSigns. He even met us at our home to go over all the disclosures, and explained in detail what each one of them meant. We sold and closed escrow just 2 months after putting our house on the market!! We must also commend Brent for his tireless efforts and willingness, to show the house to prospective buyers and to meet with inspectors and architectures who represented interested clients. His ability to provide the best customer service is second to none.
