RE/MAX Elite

Rafael is the best real estate agent we could have asked for! He was very patient with us as we took our time looking at properties (and with my expectation for perfection). He talked us through every step of the way and advised us what to expect in the process of listing and selling our home. We took pictures on a Sunday, listed on Tuesday, and accepted an offer on Friday (after he helped us navigate competing bids)!!!

Rafael works in a professional manner. He accommodated the showings to my late afternoon schedule and was very punctual. His knowledge of the areas was very helpful, and that helped me choose the best area for me.He also helped me with the utilities contracts. I would recommend him any time.

For anyone in the market for buying a new home (especially first home buyers) I recommend Rafael. He has been instrumental in finding a good home for my family and I. Even going above and beyond and helping me close quicker than expected. He never withheld information from me and answered most of my questions. Even when he wasnt sure he went out of his way to find and give me an answer. Diligent in his work, as a first home buyer I couldnt have been happier with Rafaels work and help.

Rafael is very knowledgeable and understands all the ins and outs of real estate. He had contracts on 2 houses for me, just days after he listed them. I highly recommend Rafael for any of your real estate needs

Very professional and smart, his service was better than I expected from an agent dedicated in this area. I felt very comfortable with him since he did everything I needed and excellent. It's always a pleasure to work with somebody like that, because everything he told me was accurate (wait periods he gave me, information about the property, etc..)I will definitely recommend to work with Rafael, he will do the best effort to make everything happen!!
