ZillowVERIFIEDRafael is the best real estate agent we could have asked for! He was very patient with us as we took our time looking at properties (and with my expectation for perfection). He talked us through every step of the way and advised us what to expect in the process of listing and selling our home. We took pictures on a Sunday, listed on Tuesday, and accepted an offer on Friday (after he helped us navigate competing bids)!!!

I felt very comfortable with him since he did everything I needed and excellent. It's always a pleasure to work with somebody like that, because everything he told me was accurate (wait periods he gave me, information about the property, etc..)I will definitely recommend to work with Rafael, he will do the best effort to make everything happen!!

ZillowVERIFIED For anyone in the market for buying a new home (especially first home buyers) I recommend Rafael. He has been instrumental in finding a good home for my family and I. Even going above and beyond and helping me close quicker than expected. He never withheld information from me and answered most of my questions. Even when he wasnt sure he went out of his way to find and give me an answer. Diligent in his work, as a first home buyer I couldnt have been happier with Rafaels work and help.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers and Mr. Utrera assisted us extremely well in this competitive market by giving us excellent service and support. He connected us with very reliable inspection and mortgage professionals. My wife and I were extremely fortunate to have Mr. Utrera as our buying agent. Once we found our home we loved, he immediately assisted us with negotiating and preparing the offer documents. If we ever have to sell our property, I will definitely us Mr. Utrera as our listing agent!
