We used Ms. Sallen to list a home for us in Little Rock. Everything started out fine but we had a few offers we were not comfortable with and Barbara began to pressure us accept things that were not in our best interest. She wanted us to accept an extended close with no money down. We wanted to cancel the listing and she refused. We went to her broker Keith Pike and he also refused. He was very defensive of Barbara and could care less about our opinion. After a few more months and many complaints from us we were finally released us from the agreement. We do not recommend Re/max Elite, Keith Pike or Barbara Sallen. They are not customer service oriented at all.

This was the first house that we have purchased and Barbara was there for us every step of the way. It was a smooth, easy transaction and I would recommend Barbara to everyone moving to the Little Rock area. My adult son and his family are working with her now to find their new home.

Barb was the selling agent for a house I purchased 4 years ago, and I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to sell the same house (for me) this year. She FURTHER helped me buy a house a few months later in the same city when my move out-of-state didn't work out. All in all, I cannot recommend her enough. She's a top-tier negotiator, knowledgable in any area of residential real estate, and has a network for any type of work required on any home project. 10 / 10.

This agent helped me to find a condo. I found one I liked and we got it under contract. Some things came up during the inspection so I decided to cancel. Barbara was unwilling to help me any further. My purchase was under 100k and she told me it had taken too much of her time and she would not be making that much money on it. She was very rude about it. I don't recommend her at all.

I was a first time home buyer and Barbara made the experience very easy and was there to help me with anything I needed along the way! Would highly recommend to anyone!
