ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Ms. Sallen to list a home for us in Little Rock. Everything started out fine but we had a few offers we were not comfortable with and Barbara began to pressure us accept things that were not in our best interest. She wanted us to accept an extended close with no money down. We wanted to cancel the listing and she refused. We went to her broker Keith Pike and he also refused. He was very defensive of Barbara and could care less about our opinion. After a few more months and many complaints from us we were finally released us from the agreement. We do not recommend Re/max Elite, Keith Pike or Barbara Sallen. They are not customer service oriented at all.
I have no idea who this person is.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first house that we have purchased and Barbara was there for us every step of the way. It was a smooth, easy transaction and I would recommend Barbara to everyone moving to the Little Rock area. My adult son and his family are working with her now to find their new home.

ZillowVERIFIED This agent helped me to find a condo. I found one I liked and we got it under contract. Some things came up during the inspection so I decided to cancel. Barbara was unwilling to help me any further. My purchase was under 100k and she told me it had taken too much of her time and she would not be making that much money on it. She was very rude about it. I don't recommend her at all.

ZillowVERIFIED Barb was the selling agent for a house I purchased 4 years ago, and I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to sell the same house (for me) this year. She FURTHER helped me buy a house a few months later in the same city when my move out-of-state didn't work out. All in all, I cannot recommend her enough. She's a top-tier negotiator, knowledgable in any area of residential real estate, and has a network for any type of work required on any home project. 10 / 10.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is one of the BEST agents I've every used, and with 22 years in the military I've bought and sold houses all over the US. She has fantastic local knowledge and takes the time to really evaluate the property value, not just look up stale year-old comps. Her attention to detail and staying on top of all the moving parts was amazing. If you want an agent that just sits on a listing, go find someone else. If you want an AGENT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE - HIRE BARBARA!

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough stars to rate our dear Barbara. Six years ago we were new to Little Rock and searching for a home and somehow came upon her through an online avenue. Ever since she has been more than a realtor. She is a great friend, an advocate, a proactive voice for our home needs and so much more. She is SHARP! She is great with details and always on top of things. I really dont know how she does it all. I'm forever thankful and blessed to have Barbara in our lives. Like I said, not enough stars to rate our dear friend here!!

ZillowVERIFIED Last year I asked for her advice in making my home buyer friendly. I made her suggested improvements, and boy did I get more for my home than I thought I would. New house was great. She let me think about it and decide what was best for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara has been absolutely great to work with. She has helped me twice now with the purchase and sale of a home. She is incredibly thorough and helpful with the process all along the way. She is persistent and works hard to help you accomplish your goals. I had to do both of my transactions from out of town. Barbara took care of everything for me and even made sure my house was safe. On more than one occasion she had to let in a repairman or inspector and did everything she could to make the sale work. My sale required some additional work beyond normal, and Barbara handled it all. She was undoubtedly the best broker/agent I have ever used. Definitely more than a 5 out of 5.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped us buy the home of our dreams with a to-die-for front porch. We have worked with her for 2yrs with one of our other properties we were trying to sell. We went through 5 different contracts and couldn't get to the table due to flood insurance. She worked tirelessly to make it work, but once we decided to keep it as investment/rental property she found us a good property manager and they worked together to get the house occupied. She never gave up until a beneficial outcome was reached. She is our forever agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara brought me a buyer to my FSBO in Bryant and then helped us buy a house in WLR. She had extensive knowledge of the areas of town we were looking in and was very professional efficient in the way she scheduled houses for us to look at. We had already sold our home when we started looking and she helped us see many houses in a short amount of time. She did a great job of keeping everything on track which helped ease a considerable amount of stress from us. She also has a great list of referrals available for anything you might need - movers, handymen, etc.
