I don't even know where to begin. My experience working with Mrs. Marpole throughout my first time buying a home has been nothing but excellent. Mrs. Marpole sacrificed more of her personal time than I can begin to comprehend in order to help me find the home that was the best fit for me. Her knowledge and efficiency is on a level of a 20 year veteran in this field. The most impressive and appreciated way Mrs. Marpole continued to go above and beyond is that even after closing on the house and her contract with me was complete, she still has checked on the house every day for me to ensure everything is in good order and even moved Amazon packages inside the house for me until I could PCS to NC. I would recommend Mrs. Marpole first and final to anyone.

My wife and I started working with Adam in June to find our home, we toured what felt like over 50 different places, in the Jacksonville area, and put offers on 4-5 houses until we finally found our home and closed this end of August. Throughout that time he was able to answer any questions I had as a first time home buyer. He was fully transparent with each property we looked at and we never felt pressured into making a Choice or decision- especially after touring 5 houses in one day. We kept getting out bid due to our budget but he wasnt discouraged and kept trying to find places wed like.
